Customer Reviews:
Easy to use July 29, 2010 Karl Bloomstine This recorder is small, light weight, easy to learn and easy to use. What more do you want?
A good value July 20, 2010 John D. Lee This is actually the second voice recorder I have bought. The first one was an RCA I bought at Walmart. It only worked once for a few minutes! It was a disaster. Then I bought this one. Sony is a good brand name, and I have had a lot more success with this one. One feature I miss though that the RCA had was the flip out USB connection. This one doesn't have a USB connection. It also totally depends on batteries, and the batteries are not rechargeable. The sound quality is very good, probably even excellent. It is easy to use. It has a microfone in jack and a headphone or line-out jack. The price and brand name were what attracted me to the product, and I have been generally satisfied.
Great recorder at a great price. June 8, 2010 N. Peter (Chicago, IL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this recorder to monitor the barking coming from my dog while I am at work.
It is voice activated and picks ups sound beautifully. It works very well and the
price was perfect.

It took me a little practice to become familiar with the operation. Once I mastered it, it was easy to use. The voice quality is very good. It's great handling such a lightweight recorder and easily fits in my small hand. I am very happy with the Sony ICD-BX700 Digital Voice Recorder.
