Item arrived in a timely manner.
However, when I snapped off the top to insert the ink cartridge, ink splashed out the opening onto my desk, the printer, and my hands!
I can't help but wonder how many pages would have been printed by the ink that was spilled. And what a mess!

Quality OEM product as expected. I was ordering this because the last time I ordered ink (from a different Amazon Marketplace vendor), I did not read the fine print and ended up with non-OEM ink that required me to pry the computer chip from the old cartridge and glue it on the new cartridge. Make sure you are getting OEM ink if you want it, as I did with this transaction.

I have been more than pleased with these refill cartridges. They are sold at the best price I could find anywhere on the net. Communication with seller is great. The cartridge arrived promptly. I will be ordering more for my HP Officejet 650. I ordered the XL size black cartridge but would not hesitate getting the color ones as well.

The only problem I had was one of the boxes was pretty busted up prior to them sending it to me and when I emailed them, they did not bother responding.
